Returns and Warranty
CraftsMill.in provides:
One Year Limited Warranty on Manufacturing Defects (For All Products Excluding Sofas, Warranty on Sofas in a separate section below).
Transit Warranty: Repair in case of Transit Damage.
-Please keep Receipt/Invoice of your purchase for warranty claims.
-Here are some terms and conditions for the Limited Product warranty.
-Goods shipped to and for use in the India warrants to Client that the Goods are free of material Defects in material and workmanship for one Year from delivery if properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions in a non-commercial setting.
-“Defects” are defined as imperfection in material or wooden frame that will impair the use of the Goods.
-If Client finds a material Defect in material or workmanship in any Good, part or component, Client must report such Defect during the relevant warranty period
-CraftsMill.in Customer Service on craftsmill@gmail.com. CraftsMill.in in due course will repair or replace the Good free of charge.
-Replacement or repair of Goods does not extend its warranty period beyond the original warranty expiration date.
-All CraftsMill.in Product warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
-Our warranty is non-transferrable and applies to residential (non-commercial) use only and is void if the furniture is used in what is considered to be a non-household setting, or misused, handled improperly, reupholstered or repaired by any resource other than us or our partners.
-For warranty issues, we will repair or provide reasonably equivalent furniture as a replacement due to any product defects.
-Replacement furniture will be of equal value to the original purchase price. No cash refund is available and in no case shall we be liable for more than the purchase price of the furniture or for incidental or consequential damages.
-Transit Damage: Visible defects and variance to order details must be brought to our attention within 7 (SEVEN) days of delivery. Issues not presented within 7 days of delivery will be considered “acceptable” and will not be warranted.
This product warranty does not cover:
1.Defects caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use,
2. Glass, concrete and other extremely fragile items.
3.Defects occurring to the Goods after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence,
4. Normal product wear and tear due to age including wearing or staining or loosening of fabric or leather or any such material. Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted—for example, fabrics and leathers may naturally fade or deteriorate over time, and cushion cores may soften and lose shape. These are normal conditions that are not considered manufacturers' defects and are not covered under our warranty. Other exclusions include:
- Labour or assembly (and on account of any additional expenditure),
- Variations of colour or texture in Goods made of natural materials like fabric, leather, wood etc, Fabric and leather are not covered by any warranty. Buttons on tufted products covered with fabric/ leather are also not covered under warranty as we do not have any control over the usage of these products.
- Variations of colour and texture of wood is also not covered in the warranty. Natural wooden products can have different grains and textures depending on their lot.
-Commercial use of any Goods (e.g., use in a commercial establishment or other setting outside of a personal residential setting).
- There is no replacement for Customised product created on request.
- In-case the product is stored in the warehouse facility of the shipping or delivery partner and we are unable to deliver the products, due to client not being on the delivery address or any other issue pending with customer, we do not take guarantee of safety of the product. We request clients to allow delivery of products as soon as they reach location, to ensure we are able to provide the warranty on products.
- Products not installed within 1 week of delivery or damage not declared after 48 hours of delivery are not covered in warranty.
- CratsMill.in does not refund or accept returns once purchased.
- We will refund only in the special case, when order is cancelled right after booking in 24 hours. In that case the money will be transferred to a Bank account or UPI ID of your choice. We will return the money minus a 2%+GST charge, which is levied by the payment gateway.

3 Years Warranty on Crafts Mill Sofas:
What is Covered?
1. Frame: The Frame structure for sofas is made in Solid Wood and uses Plywood for Support. The Wood is Seasoned and Sturdy.
In the case of the wood frame not being robust or giving away during the warranty period, Crafts Mill will either repair or replace the product with a similar product or of equal value.
The repair and replacement period is for a period of 7 days post-delivery, while the repair period is for the entire duration of the warranty.
2. Other Manufacturing Defects: Upholstery paneling coming out of the product, bad quality stitching and displacement of the seat/foam from its original place is covered with Replacement and Repair Warranty. The repair and replacement period is for a period of 7 days post-delivery, while the repair period is for the entire duration of the warranty.
3. Faulty Manufacturing and Construction: In case the product received is faulty: broken frame or arms, irreparably damaged upholstery and damaged foaming, Crafts Mill will ensure the customer gets a replacement product within the next 1 month. Claims for such damage must be raised within 48 hours of the product delivery.
4. What is not covered in the Warranty:

Damage to the Legs of the product, due to improper movement of the product leading to the legs coming out.

Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted—for example, fabrics and leathers may naturally fade or deteriorate over time, and cushion cores may soften and lose shape.
