All Crafts Mill Products have two kinds of warranties bundled with them.

Transit Warranty: In case the product comes damaged in transit and the damage is something that can't be quickly done on your premise (for example screws getting loose, or small scratch, in which case we repair the item), or we replace the product and send you a fresh product (in case parts come broken or item comes broken due to mishandling, bad roads etc)

Manufacturing warranty: The product is covered in terms of any manufacturing fault, bad joinery, bad wood quality or any such issues. Again no questions asked, our team will send a service partner after you raise a complaint and we will promptly replace the item if the issue can’t be repaired on the spot.

Wood Care
Instructions:

Mango Wood:

Daily Care: Dust with a soft cloth to avoid scratches.
Never use alcohol-based or harsh chemical cleaners.

Moisture and Heat: Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and
direct sunlight. Use dehumidifiers during the monsoon.

Polishing: Bi-annually, apply beeswax polish to enhance
the wood’s natural grain and provide a protective coating.

Sheesham Wood:

Cleaning: Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning. Do
not use alcohol or ammonia-based cleaners as they can damage the wood
finish.

Climate Control: Maintain a consistent humidity level to
prevent warping. Ventilate well during humid months.

Oiling: Treat with natural oils annually to preserve
the shine and prevent drying.

Natural Polishing:

Maintenance: Regularly wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid
all harsh cleaning agents.

Climate Sensitivity: Use silica gel packets in drawer compartments
during the rainy season to combat moisture.

Special Care: Immediately wipe away spills, especially from
colored or acidic substances like Indian food, which can stain.

Fabric
Care Instructions:

Linen and Cotton:

General Care: Machine wash cold with a mild detergent on a
gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or any alcohol-based products.

Drying: Air dry away from direct sunlight to avoid
fading. For linen, iron while slightly damp on the reverse side to prevent
glossiness.

Stain Removal: Blot stains from Indian food immediately. Use
a mild stain remover designed for delicate fabrics if necessary, testing
it on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Velvet and Bouclé:

Routine Cleaning: Vacuum gently using a soft brush attachment.
Do not rub harshly to avoid damaging the fabric texture.

Handling Stains: Carefully blot any spills with a clean, dry
cloth. Avoid water and harsh chemicals, particularly on velvet, as they
can leave lasting marks.

Professional Care: For persistent stains or overall cleaning,
seek professional cleaning services to maintain the integrity of the
fabric.
